Re-visit your goals and create an in depth plan of how we want to achieve them. Get familiar with your weekly goals and begin your personalised training program that fits into your busy work/life regime.
Week 5 - 8
See and experience changes in your physique, mindset and habits while making necessary adjustments to suit.
WEEK 9 - 12
Overcome plateaus and drops in motivation by never falling off track and learning how to maintain your goals in ways that suit you.
