Without a doubt, the best trainer out there (for me, at least). Whether I've been losing weight, increasing strength, rehabbing from injury or anything in between, G has always set up expert programmes tailored not only to what my body needs, but also my personal preferences. Her communication is flawless, but most importantly, I think the value is unbelievable. Extraordinarily well priced. I dread to think what I would spend elsewhere for half the quality of a programme. The benefit here is I can take the programme anywhere as well! 11/10 experience, can't fault anything. Thanks G!
