The first step of your journey involves us getting to know one another and learning more about your goals, visions and map out where we want to be and how we can get there.
Week 1 - 4
Re-visit your goals and create an in-depth plan of how you want to achieve them. Get familiar with your weekly goals and begin your personalised training program that fits your busy work/life regime.
Week 5 - 8
See and experience changes in your physique, mindset and habits while making necessary adjustments to suit.
Week 9 - 12
Overcome plateaus and drops in motivation by never falling off track and learning how to maintain your goals in ways that suit you.

Continue with 1-1 PT or join my online group coaching to stay accountable and continue making progress (group coaching launching 2025)
