The first step of your journey involves us getting to know one another and learning more about your goals, visions and map out where we want to be and how we can get there.

Week 1 - 4

Re-visit your goals and create an in depth plan of how we want to achieve them. Get familiar with your weekly goals and begin your personalised training program that fits into your busy work/life regime.

Week 5 - 8

See and experience changes in your physique, mindset and habits while making necessary adjustments to suit.

WEEK 9 - 12

Overcome plateaus and drops in motivation by never falling off track and learning how to maintain your goals in ways that suit you.

Week 12+
Continue with 1-1 PT or join my online group coaching to stay accountable and continue making progress.


We discuss what is important to you, what you want to get out of the program and what you want your future to look like.

You will receive weekly workouts made by me to suit you and the time and equipment you have available.

You gain personalised nutritional advice along with mindset and behaviour changes to help with making changes - note this involves a lot more than sending over a meal plan and saying "follow this". Whenever you have a down moment or are stuck with that to you I'm right there for you on WhatsApp to help.

And for the most important element, we have weekly check-in calls discussing how things went and what to focus/improve on the following week. This helps you stay accountable and enables us to make any necessary adjustments to your journey.
