INNERGISED - 18th July

Join us for a full-body workout, focusing on bodyweight strength and mobility, and a nervous system reset.

£30 per person

Limited to 15 spaces.

Agenda:

1 - 2 pm

  • Bodyweight strength exercises & mobility to help reduce recurring pains and niggles

2 - 3 pm

  • Learn calming techniques for the nervous system to reduce stress and avoid the physiological problems that come with chronic stress.

3 - 3:30pm

  • Wellbeing Q&A - Clear up any confusion you have around strength training, nutrition and stress management by asking our coaches, Georgina and Katrin, your questions.

  • Fruity refreshments and drinks provided.
