Join us for a full-body workout, focusing on bodyweight strength and mobility, and a nervous system reset.
£30 per person

Bodyweight strength exercises & mobility to help reduce recurring pains and niggles
2 - 3 pm
Learn calming techniques for the nervous system to reduce stress and avoid the physiological problems that come with chronic stress.

Wellbeing Q&A - Clear up any confusion you have around strength training, nutrition and stress management by asking our coaches, Georgina and Katrin, your questions.
